Party Rules & Regulations

Only Fully Paid Members* may rent the Swim Club for a party. All party reservations must be made with Party Coordinator at least one week prior to the event.

Maximum 15 guests (both swimming and non-swimming), during off-peak hours, $50 non-refundable deposit in addition to $5.00 per guest (both swimming and non-swimming). The deposit is to be paid when the reservation is made. If you are having 10 or more guests and the pool has been crowded, the party coordinator has the ability to assign an additional guard for coverage due to your party overage. This will be assessed at $10 per hour for the guard and included in your guest fees due at the time of the party. Party coordinator will advise you of this need when arranging for the party.
The rental of the pool after hours costs $125.00, in addition to lifeguard fees. A $50 non-refundable deposit is to be paid when reservation made. The remainder of the fee, $75, will be required at the time of the event. In addition to the $125 party fee, guard fees will be assessed at $10 per hour during private parties – one guard per 15 guests. Party representative will determine the number of guards required for party. The lifeguard fees will be due the night of the event as well. A maximum of 80 guests are to be allowed during private parties due to safety considerations. All after hour parties must end no later than 11:00 pm for consideration of pool neighbors.

Pool parties during hours will be limited to off-peak times. Peak times include: Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 12-3pm and all holidays as well as Friday evenings between 5 and 7. The pool will remain open to all HGSC members during party times.

The lifeguard’s fee is $10 per hour per lifeguard and is in addition to the pool rental fee and/or guest fees. This is to be included in the party fee at the close of the party.

HGSC member may arrive one hour prior to the start of the party to set up. The grill is available for parties with the exception of peak hours on Saturdays and Sundays in May through July (12 – 2 pm).

HGSC member is responsible for the actions of all guests attending the party. If unsatisfactory behavior is observed by a lifeguard, the pool operator or a board member, the guest will be asked to leave.


HGSC member is responsible for removing all trash and party items at the end of the event. You are also responsible for placing furniture back that was moved by you or your guests.
